Alessandra is the granddaughter and she says : “My grandfather Ettore, who used to be a hotel manager in La Spezia, in 1942 during the II World War, came to Versilia and bought this villa surrounded by a grand garden and created the Giardino Hotel.
Little by little, with sacrifice and love, he enlarged it– keeping it low and surrounded by the garden as it was in the very beginning.
During the years, both my father and my mother, worked here with my brother Alessandro.
Today the third generation of granddaughters - Claudia and Alessandra – runs this business with the same passion and honesty of our grandfather.”
